- We only communicate with candidates through official email addresses ending in @turvac.eu
- We do not request candidates to install software during the recruitment process
- We do not request any payments, fees, or financial information at any stage of the recruitment process
- We do not ask candidates or employees to purchase their own laptop or other tools
- We will never ask for sensitive personal information (such as bank account details or copies of identification documents) prior to a formal employment offer
- Legitimate recruitment processes include a structured interview process (including one or more in-person interviews) with identified representatives of our company
Be cautious of:
- Requests for payment or “processing” fees
- Requests to purchase your own laptop or other tools
- Emails from non-official domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook)
- Job offers made without formal interviews
- Unusual urgency or pressure
